Disney Lorcana collection tracker spreadsheet in Google Sheets with card prices, quantity, cost and gain or loss

Free Disney Lorcana Collection Tracker Spreadsheet

This free Disney Lorcana collection tracker spreadsheet looks up card prices for you. Type part of a card name, pick the exact printing from a dropdown, and the set, number, rarity, variant, market price and an eBay link fill in on their own. Add how many you own and what you paid, and the sheet works out your total value and gain or loss.

It runs in Google Sheets, so it is free, works on your phone and laptop, and your collection stays in your own copy.

Overview of the Template

Most card trackers make you type every set, number and price by hand. This one does the lookup. The card list covers more than 6,700 Disney Lorcana card printings and sealed products, including every main set from The First Chapter to Into the Inkdark, the Illumineer’s Quest sets, promos and the higher rarities such as Legendary and Enchanted, and prices refresh every week from TCGplayer market data.

The template has three working tabs plus a short Start Here guide: Collection, Wishlist and Summary. Each of the Collection and Wishlist tabs holds up to 100 cards.

Key Features and Sections

Collection (Main Log)

Type a card name in the search box, for example elsa, then open the dropdown in the Card column and pick the printing you own. Add a set code like LOB or SDK to the search to narrow the list to one set. Set, number, rarity, variant and market price fill in automatically. You only type the quantity and what you paid per card.

The search shows the top 55 matches, sorted so the highest value printings come first. If your card is not near the top, add the set code or card number to the search.

At the top you get cards owned, total value, total cost and total gain or loss. Every row also has an eBay link, so you can check recent listings or sold prices for any card in one click.

Wishlist

Use the Wishlist for cards you want to buy. Search and pick a card the same way, then enter how many you want and a target price. The sheet shows the market price now, the gap to your target, and a status of Buy now when the price is at or under your target or Wait when it is not.

Summary

The Summary tab turns your Collection into quick stats: total cards, entries, cost, value, gain or loss, gain percentage, average value per card and your most valuable card. It also breaks your collection down by rarity and by set, so you can see where your money sits.

How to Use the Template

Step 1: Make Your Copy

Download the template with the form below, open the link and choose Make a copy to save it to your own Google Drive.

Step 2: Click Allow Access

The first time you search, Google Sheets may show a yellow Allow access button at the top of the sheet. Click it once. This lets the sheet fetch card data, and it is a normal Google step for any sheet that pulls in outside data. You only do it one time per copy.

Step 3: Search and Pick Your Cards

Type part of a card name in the search box (cell B3). Then click a cell in the Card column and choose the exact printing from the dropdown. Add one card at a time for the fastest results.

Step 4: Add Quantity and Cost

Enter how many you own and what you paid per card. The market price, value and gain or loss calculate for you.

Step 5: Check Your Totals

Open the Summary tab to see your total value, gain or loss, and your collection by rarity and set. Prices refresh every week.

About the Prices and eBay Links

Market prices come from TCGplayer market data and update once a week, so the sheet is a good guide to what your cards are worth but not a live quote. The eBay link on each row opens a search for that exact card. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means Sheetrix may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. It helps keep the template free.

Why Choose This Template

Disney Lorcana has thousands of printings, and one card can exist in a dozen versions at very different prices. Instead of copying numbers from several sites, you pick the exact printing once and the sheet keeps the price current. It is built for collectors who want a clear picture of what their binder and sealed products are worth, and for players who want to track a wishlist against a target price.

Tips for Best Results

Add cards one at a time instead of pasting a long list, because Google loads each lookup separately. Use the set code or card number in the search to jump straight to the right printing, and pick the right edition and rarity carefully since prices differ. Make a fresh copy each time you want a clean tracker for a new collection.

Who Should Use This Template?

This template is for Disney Lorcana collectors, players building decks on a budget, anyone selling singles who wants to see market prices, and parents or friends keeping track of a growing binder. No spreadsheet skills are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the template really free?

Yes. It is a free Google Sheets template. You enter your email to get the copy link.

Where do the prices come from?

Prices come from TCGplayer market data and refresh weekly. They are market prices, so what you actually get when you buy or sell can differ.

How many cards can I track?

The Collection tab and the Wishlist tab each hold up to 100 cards.

What is the Allow access button?

It is a one time Google prompt that lets the sheet fetch card data from the internet. Click it once in your copy and the lookups will work.

A card is missing from the dropdown. What now?

Try adding the set code or card number to the search. If the card is brand new it may not be in the list until the next weekly update.

What are the eBay links?

Each row has a link that opens an eBay search for that card so you can check listings. Some links are affiliate links, and Sheetrix may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Is this affiliated with Disney, Ravensburger or Disney Lorcana?

No. Sheetrix is an independent site. Disney Lorcana and the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game are trademarks of Disney and Ravensburger and their respective owners, and they are used here only to describe what the template tracks.
